How we treat every vehicle

01

Written price first

You see the parts, the labor, and the total before we start. Nothing is added without your yes.

02

Tax on parts only

Sales tax is charged on parts, never on labor. It is on every invoice.

03

You pick the warranty

90 days, 1 year, or 2 years, on every repair. It prints on your invoice.

04

Photos with every estimate

You see what we see: the worn pad, the leak, the crack. No guessing.

05

Texts at each step

Checked in, estimate sent, approved, ready. You always know where your vehicle is.

06

English and Spanish

Frequently asked questions

Do I need synthetic oil in South Florida?
For most cars built in the last fifteen years, yes. Synthetic holds up better in heat, and a South Florida engine runs hot in traffic all year. If your owner's manual allows conventional and you drive short distances, we can talk through both options and price them for you.
Do I need new rotors every time I get pads?
Not always. If the rotors are above the minimum thickness and not warped, we can resurface them or leave them alone. If they are thin or grooved, new pads on old rotors will wear out fast and can pulse, so we will show you the measurement and let you decide.
Do you work on Mercedes Sprinter vans?
Yes. Diesel and gas Sprinters, cargo and passenger, high roof and standard roof. That includes the DEF and emissions faults that can keep a Sprinter from starting.
How small a fleet will you take?
Two units is enough. What matters is that you want the maintenance scheduled and the records kept, not the size of the fleet.
Do you work on EVs other than Tesla?
Yes. Rivian, Mach-E, F-150 Lightning, Ioniq 5 and 6, EV6 and EV9, Bolt, Equinox EV, Leaf, ID.4, BMW i4 and iX, Mercedes EQ, Taycan, Polestar and Lucid, plus hybrids.
Can a solenoid be replaced without taking the transmission out?
On many cars, yes. The solenoids often sit in the valve body, under the transmission pan. On others the job is bigger. We tell you which kind of job your car needs before you approve anything.
